1 Yellow Onion finely chopped.
1 tsp Garlic crushed .
2 cups of chopped brocolli.
1 tablespoon Butter.
1 Tbsp of fresh cream.
1L vegetable stock (knorr vegetable stock)
Salt and pepper to taste .
Melt butter and saute the onions and garlic.
Once onions and garlic are soft and transparent add the chopped broccoli and saute.
Add your prepared stock and add 1 chopped potato.
Boil till cooked.
