Protein Collagen Pancakes .

Ingredients.
2 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats.
1Serving Vanilla Whey preotein (I used @usnsa Ultra Low carb DIETWHEY ISOLEAN)
1 Serving Collagen Powder.
1 Ripe Banana.
1 Egg.
1 Cup Almond Milk.
1 Tbsp Organic Maple Syrup.(optional)
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence.
1Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
pinch of Himalayan Salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Method.
In a Nutribullet or Food processor blend your oats into flour form .
Add all ingredients together and using a Nutribullet or hand held blender (I used my @bamixsa blender- simply blend ingredients together.
once mixed , set asside and heat up your pan or pancake grill . (youbmqy ad a tiny bit of oil)
Using a spoonful of mixture for each crepe wait till bubbles form on the top and flip over -cook until golden .
Enjoy with fruit toppings of your choice , Peanut butter and granola cacao chocolate drops , or simply with Honey and cinnamon.
