Poke bowls, plates same same🤷‍♀️ why I I absolutely love them is because of how creative you can get through food taste and textures while still being healthy.
In this plate , I have a great combination of healthy fats , water greens and protein.

Ingredients.
3 pieces of @woolworths_sa skinless chicken breast strips.
1/2 teaspoon olive oil for chicken
1Tsp olive oil
Chicken spice (I used Robertsons spice)
1/2 cup Salad greens chopped
1 tsp raw grated beetroot sticks @woolworths_sa
3 cherry tomato’s Halved
1/4 small avo
1 teaspoon heaped of green chillies( optional)
1 tomato
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 baby marrow
1tsp blue cheese.
1/2Tsp Garlic
salt and pepper for taste.

Method.
Coat your chicken strips in oil and spice.
Place chicken in an air fryer for 10 to 15 mins on 160 degrees. OR place in the oven for 10 to 15min depending on oven strength
In a pan add the remainder teaspoon of oil and cook your garlic mushrooms and baby marrows till tender and fragranced.
Blend tomato skin on in your nutribullet and add the liquid to your mushroom mix .
Once your mushrooms are almost cooked mix in your blue cheese for a delicious creamy mushroom sauce. which pairs beautiful with your chicken.

The rest is eaten raw and arranged as pic .
Healthy easy quick meal ,great with kids to – let them arrange their own bowls for added fun and pallet experience.
TIP- cut prep time down by adding greens into weekly meal prep.
