Return and Refund Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days within which to return the item/items back to FIT by KL for a refund, exchange or a gift voucher.
Unfortunately Sale items and swimwear may not be returned or exchanged. For exchanges and returns, items need to be in original condition, unused, with the tag and all labels attached and undamaged.
You have 7 days from the shipping date to return your purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or gift voucher.
We regret that any costs associated with returns are at the buyer’s expense and will not be covered by FIT by KL. Please contact us and we can assist you with logistics details.
FIT by KL cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days from the shipping date.
Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your credit/ gift voucher will be processed.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by factory fault. Please note FIT by KL examines all items for defects before packaged for collection. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org we will assist you.
Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

Please note: If you are returning an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
